Qualifications

• Experience in delivery operations, governance, or financial reporting.
• Strong Excel skills with advanced formulas and pivot tables.
• Practical AI prompt engineering for data analysis.
• Ability to coordinate across project delivery, finance, and contractors.
• Understanding of financial data management and invoice verification.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery operations and governance activities.
• Identify operational issues, risks, and delays and escalate as needed.
• Maintain finance and project governance data repositories with accuracy.
• Validate data, reconcile discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Maintain project records, data definitions, and version controls.
• Manage third‑party contractor engagements, onboarding, renewals, payments.
• Verify contractor invoices and align invoicing with records.
• Track KPIs and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Develop reusable AI prompts and workflows to improve processes.
