Job summary

Grasp Solutions Pvt Ltd. in Lahore Cantt is hiring a delivery dispatcher to assign orders to drivers and balance workloads during peak times. You will track every delivery end-to-end and assist drivers with issues like wrong addresses and gate access.

You will notify restaurants and customers when delays occur and log all incidents in our delivery software. Must have good English communication skills; training is provided.

Job description

Assign orders and support drivers for food delivery and courier companies in the United States, from our office in Lahore Cantt.

Delivery is busiest at US lunch and dinner times, and every minute counts. As a delivery dispatcher, you assign orders to drivers, solve problems on the road and keep restaurants and customers updated, inside the company's own delivery software.

If you think fast and communicate clearly, we will train you on the rest.

What you will do:

• Assign new orders to drivers and balance the workload during busy hours.
• Track every delivery from pickup to drop-off.
• Help drivers with wrong addresses, closed gates and customers who don't answer.
• Update restaurants and customers when an order is running late.
• Work in delivery platforms such as Onfleet and Shipday, and log every issue.
• Answer driver, restaurant and customer calls and chats.

Requirement: good English communication skills. Training is provided.

Full-time: 9 hours a day, 6 days a week, on US time. On-site at our office in Lahore Cantt. Walk-in interviews Monday to Saturday, 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
