ibex. is seeking a Data Specialist to analyze large data sets and translate them into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

The role involves creating reports, identifying trends, and developing predictive models in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or relevant discipline.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Technologies especially Microsoft Office, Outlook.
• Must be willing to work in unconventional shifts (on call/afterhours/weekends).
• Good reasoning abilities, troubleshooting & sound judgment skills.
• Tactful, mature, flexible, people-oriented.
