Job summary

ibex is looking for an Outbound & Inbound Customer Facilitation Specialist for its Operations team in Karachi, Pakistan. In this full-time role, you will engage in clinical and pharmaceutical research activities, including scheduling appointments for medical tests and surveys.

The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, be at least 18 years old, and able to work 9 hours a day for five days a week. A range of perks including medical insurance, annual leaves, and ergonomic infrastructure are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid CNIC.
• Availability to work five days a week for 9 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients to generate interest in vaccination trials.
• Authenticate data collection forms and surveys.
• Ensure all CRMs are updated with accurate information and notes.
• Clearly communicate information to patients and doctors over the phone regarding the study.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and practices.

The salary for this position will be upto Rs. 85000 /month. It's worth noting, we pay very well for this role, and in general.
