Job summary

ibex seeks a data-driven Analyst for Carrier Relations to optimize network resources and manage carrier data across the EMEA region. You will work with Network Orchestrators, Purchasing, Operations, and local teams to ensure accurate inventory, data-driven decisions, and efficient service delivery.

The role requires strong telecom knowledge, data analysis skills, and cross-functional collaboration, with on-site or hybrid arrangements and EST training hours transitioning to Western European time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Telecommunications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in data analysis, telecom operations, carrier relations, inventory management, or network operations.
• Working knowledge of telecom products and services.
• Understanding of network documentation and inventory management processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, inventory platforms, and data analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to identify data discrepancies and drive resolution.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute network optimization plans across EMEA.
• Analyze network and carrier data to improve utilization, efficiency, and cost.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies between system records and physical inventory counts.

About the Role

ibex is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst – Carrier Relations to support our network and carrier management functions across the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecom products, network documentation, inventory management, and data analytics. This role will work closely with Network Orchestrators, Purchasing, Operations, and local teams to optimize network resources, maintain accurate inventory, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Network Optimization

• Collaborate with Network Orchestrators to develop and execute network optimization plans across EMEA.
• Analyze network and carrier data to identify opportunities for improved utilization, efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Support network planning initiatives through accurate reporting and data analysis.

Inventory Control & Management

• Coordinate service and inventory audits with local teams across the EMEA region.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between system records and physical inventory counts.
• Maintain, update, and reconcile inventory records across relevant platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across inventory and network management systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience in data analysis, telecom operations, carrier relations, inventory management, or network operations.
• Working knowledge of telecom products and services.
• Understanding of network documentation and inventory management processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, inventory platforms, and data analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to identify data discrepancies, investigate root causes, and drive resolution.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and flexibility to work EST hours during the initial training/onboarding period, followed by a Western European time zone schedule.
