• Create internal and external communication materials, including newsletters and press releases.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Excellent command on Microsoft Power BI, Data visualization, excellent communication, report writing, organizational skills, and experience with healthcare data is a plus.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support the operations team using BI tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Analyze & management of the data to identify trends and insights, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis through SQL.
• Present data findings to stakeholders with actionable recommendations, monitor KPIs, and support ad-hoc data analysis.
• Develop internal and external communication strategies, including creating newsletters, press releases, and managing social media presence.
• Engage with stakeholders, organize meetings, and maintain consistency in communication.
• Manage crisis communication and ensure compliance with organizational communication protocols.
• Create program reports, briefs, brochures, human-interest stories, and high-quality visuals. Lead program events and workshops, and support in maintaining a communication calendar.
