Job summary

Empire Group in Islamabad is seeking a full-time Scrum Master / BI Specialist to gather business requirements and deliver automated reports and dashboards. You will work with Power BI, Tableau and SQL to create scalable data solutions across multiple domains.

From data mapping to ETL, you will build analytics capabilities, visualize trends, and present insights to management. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, statistics, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years in BI, dashboard design and data analysis.
• Proficient with MS Excel, PivotTable, Tableau and PowerBI.
• Tableau experience is a must.
• Strong data visualization on structured/unstructured data.
• Excellent communication and written skills.

This is an exceptional job opportunity to join UK’s leading translation and Interpretation company EMPIRE GROUP. We arelooking for full time Scrum Master for our office located in Phase 7, Bahria town, Islamabad. The BI Specialist will lead the development of automated and reusable routines for extracting requested information from numerous database systems. The incumbent will be required to develop standard and efficient ways to create data sets which can be used in different dashboards, scorecards and other reports.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible to gather and consolidate the business requirements for developing, data mapping and delivering the required reports/solution to the management
• Develop dashboards and reports with visualizing tools such as MS Excel, PivotTable, Tableau and PowerBI
• Conduct data analysis with data visualization or statistical techniques
• Beyond business and design skills the role requires experience writing SQL, leveraging reporting and dashboard tools, creating ETL jobs, and expanding the data mart
• Insight & Analysis customer behavior and market opportunity to maximize profit and optimize cost of operation
• Strong SQL programming experience is mandatory
• Be able to use data to analysis in order to understand market, opportunity and treat, which suggest business to achieve maximum profit

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, statistics, IT, or other relevant fields
• At least 3+ year experience in BI (dashboard, database designing) and data analysis
• Proficiency in creating reports and performing analysis with MS Excel, PivotTable, Tableau and PowerBI, or other visualizing tools and presentation tools
• Experience in using tool such as Tableau is a must
• Very Strong experience in building intuitive visualizations using PowerBI & Tableau on top of structured/unstructured data
• Should be able to manipulate, integrate, analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying, variety of sources
