Job summary

Zones, LLC is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst – Insights & Analytics to drive data-driven decisions across our global client base. You will blend documentation, software development life cycle awareness, and analytics to deliver actionable insights and reliable reporting.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into user stories and help deploy analytics solutions while collaborating with USA colleagues.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform integration configuration: mapping, loading, transforming and validating data required to support Zones.
• Collaborate with client-facing project management teams to understand challenges and develop workable solutions.
• Design reporting requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Gather, validate and document business requirements.
• Transform business requirements into executable user stories.
• Support deployment workshops to help cross-functional stakeholders achieve value.
• Provide updates at status meetings and identify risks.
• Actively engage in problem solving and testing of solutions.
• Support business transition and change management.
• Provide updates at status meetings and training material creation.
• Interact with USA-based colleagues as needed.

Position Overview:

You are a dynamic, multifaceted individual who has a background in documentation, software development and life cycle and a strong ability to communicate with both internal clients as well as the reporting developers. You possess knowledge of agile process and principles. You also have a keen interest and understanding of the value of data and insights. Experience with Machine Learning would be a nice to have.

You possess intellectual curiosity, out of box thinking, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work/influence across multiple stakeholder groups.
