Job summary

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking an on-site Warehouse Operations Supervisor to manage a 24-hour dark store in Lahore. You will coordinate inbound, stock handling, and order dispatch, while ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and safety standards are met.

Collaboration with commercial teams to optimize fast/slow-moving lines and shrinkage is expected. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and strong knowledge of operations, with hands-on scheduling and people management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Deep knowledge of operations and first principles (supply chain, JIT, Six Sigma).
• Knowledge of local legislation.
• Stakeholder management with vendor goods delivery teams, neighbours, and community.
• Experience with performance/operation metrics.
• Strong manpower planning and scheduling skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the 24-hour dark store operations on-site.
• Coordinate end-to-end warehouse processes from inbound to dispatch.
• Steer warehouse operations to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Recommend and implement operational goals and process improvements.
• Ensure safety and health compliance through risk assessments.
• Allocate resources and schedule to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain stock accuracy and conduct periodic stock takes.
• Ensure timely dispatch of orders with 100% accuracy.
