Job summary

Protechs Solution in Karachi invites an International Sales & Customer Success Specialist to assist US-based clients via calls and chats, resolve inquiries, and deliver exceptional experiences.

You will manage high-volume interactions from the US, use CRM and support tools, and ensure customer satisfaction with clear English communication and a professional demeanor. Night shift duties apply from 6:00 PM onward on-site at Shahra-e-Faisal.

Qualifications

• Excellent English with American accent; strong customer service skills.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus; matric/O levels acceptable.

Responsibilities

Shift Timings: 06:00 PM Onwards (Night Shift)

Base Salary: Rs. 100,000k, + Commission on Sales (Average take home is 130K - 150K) based on performance and the value you bring to the team. We recognize and reward talent and great work.
