Job summary

Nestlé Pakistan in Lahore is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Associate to ensure stock availability and manage the order-to-cash cycle. You will collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Distribution to resolve order issues and safeguard on-time deliveries.

The role requires 1-2 years in Supply Chain or Customer Service and familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI. You will support KPI tracking and continuous improvement while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Logistics.
• Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel and Power BI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor customer orders accurately and on time.

Main Purpose

Support optimal stock availability across sales channels and customers through effective management of stock allocation process for order processing, including proactive review of demand and supply simulations and customer behavior analysis.

Collaborate across market functions to undertake actions to mitigate risk and impact, while enhancing the business ability to provide proactive communication to customers in case of out-of-stock situations. Ensure timely completion of daily order-to-cash (O2C) / ordering cycle and identify process improvement opportunities.
