Job summary

CureMD in Lahore is seeking a Customer Success Associate to be the frontline champion for our clients. You will deliver exceptional support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced IT environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple inquiries, and tailor communication to different audiences, with on-site work aligned to US hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and methods.
• Experience in client communication.
• Ability to work on-site in US timings (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM PKT).
