Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from patients in a professional and friendly manner.Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments with doctors and healthcare providers.Respond to patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding appointment availability.Maintain accurate patient information and appointment records.Ensure a positive patient experience through effective communication and timely assistance.

1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a U.S. healthcare or call center environment.Excellent spoken English with a strong American English accent and clear pronunciation.
