Dynamic DigiTech in Karachi, Pakistan, is seeking a Customer Sales Representative for outbound and inbound calls during the night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Mon–Fri). You will engage qualified driver candidates and pitch exciting job opportunities to connect them with our closing team.

You should have proven experience in Outbound Sales, Telemarketing, Cold Calling, or CSR roles, with excellent English communication and a target-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in Outbound Sales, Telemarketing, or CSR roles, especially US campaigns.
• Excellent verbal English, persuasive communication and active listening.
• Willingness to work US night shift (6:00 PM–3:00 AM, Mon–Fri).

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Cold Calling: Reach out to driver candidates daily via outbound calls, pitch available US transportation/trucking opportunities, and generate strong interest.
• Lead Qualification & Pitching: Conduct initial pre-screening assessments to evaluate qualifications, requirements, and candidate fit.
• Pipeline Support: Connect interested, qualified leads with our recruitment closers for final evaluation and placement.
• Candidate Engagement: Build initial rapport, maintain strong relationship management, and keep potential candidates engaged in the pipeline.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily/weekly outbound call volume, contact rates, and qualified lead conversion targets.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Proven track record in Outbound Sales, Telemarketing, Cold Calling, or CSR roles (prior experience in US campaigns or international call centers is a major plus).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal English communication skills with strong persuasion, active listening, and objection-handling abilities.
• Shift Flexibility: Comfortable and reliable working the US night shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday).
