Dynamic DigiTech in Karachi, Pakistan, is seeking a Customer Sales Representative for outbound and inbound calls during the night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Mon–Fri). You will engage qualified driver candidates and pitch exciting job opportunities to connect them with our closing team.

You should have proven experience in Outbound Sales, Telemarketing, Cold Calling, or CSR roles, with excellent English communication and a target-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in Outbound Sales, Telemarketing, or CSR roles, especially US campaigns.
• Excellent verbal English, persuasive communication and active listening.
• Willingness to work US night shift (6:00 PM–3:00 AM, Mon–Fri).

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to driver candidates daily and pitch opportunities.
• Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
• Connect qualified leads with closers for placement.
• Engage candidates and maintain relationships in the pipeline.
• Aim to meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
