Job summary

JazzWorld is seeking a Commercial Experience Executive for MAT cover in Karachi, Pakistan. The role centers on welcoming and guiding customers, building familiarity with CRM systems, and resolving queries with high-quality service to enhance overall experience.

You will focus on upselling products, managing wait times, and achieving monthly KPIs for adherence, service, and sales. The position requires strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and knowledge of telecom offerings.

• Handles customer queries and improves experience with exceptional service.
• Maintains highest quality standards for customer facilitation.
• Maintains product upsell from the experience center.
• Improves customer experience and reduces wait/service time.
• Takes ownership to resolve customer complaints.
• Ensures customer retention and churn management.
• Coordinates with stakeholders for issue resolution.
