Strong communication, telecom product knowledge, and proficiency with CRM portals are essential to succeed in this contractual MAT cover position based in Pakistan.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
• Sales and services expertise within telecom or digital services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hands-on with telecom products and customer management systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-ins at the Experience Center with professionalism.
• Develop basic understanding of CRM and linked portals.
• Address customer queries and enhance their experience with high-quality service.
• Maintain product upsell from the Experience Center.
• Manage wait/service time and improve customer experience metrics.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and retention efforts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues and meet KPIs.
• Stay updated on Jazz policies, promotions, products and value-added services.
