Job summary

Assetara Limited, a fintech company, seeks a proactive outbound sales specialist to drive lead generation and meetings for crypto investment services. You will source prospects, perform high-volume calls, and qualify leads while logging all activity in Zoho CRM.

Remote global position with performance-based compensation. Candidates should have 3+ months of outbound calling experience, fluent English, and the ability to build a crypto client base.

Qualifications

• Crypto client base is a top priority for candidates.
• 3+ months of outbound call center/telemarketing experience.
• Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages desirable.
• Ability to independently source potential contacts from social media.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM and a reliable remote work setup.
• Self-motivated, agile and resilient, with commission-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Outsource sourcing: map and gather fresh lead databases from open sources.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calling campaigns (~50–120 dials daily).
• Qualify leads and book meetings/registrations.
• Log 100% of interactions in Zoho CRM daily with accurate statuses.
• Send personalized registration links via WhatsApp or other messengers.
• Meet KPI targets, aiming for 300 valid 1-minute conversations per month.
