Job summary

PrimeXBT, a Top10 financial services provider, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead our local growth in Pakistan. You will identify and engage IBs, affiliates, KOLs and traders to promote PrimeXBT and increase user growth and trading volume.

You will maintain long-term partnerships, execute strategy, analyze ROI, monitor market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years background in business development in Crypto/CFD industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Portfolio of partners.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Passionate about the cryptocurrency industry.
• Able to use English at a sufficient level for fluent communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with local IBs/Affiliates/KOLs, traders and other potential partners to promote PrimeXBT in the local market to achieve user growth and trading volume growth.
• Maintain a good relationship with IBs/Affiliates/KOLs and marketing channels to achieve long term cooperation.
• Execute and monitor IBs/Affiliates strategy, track channel results and optimize ROI.
• Stay updated on local industry developments and competitor moves and adjust actions.
• Daily communication with colleagues and partners to track progress.
