Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, sales administration, customer service, or commercial operations.
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Additional certifications in Sales Administration or Customer Service are a plus.

The role will be responsible for managing customer records, quotations, orders, and sales documentation through CRM and ERP systems. The position will also support the sales team with reporting, order coordination, customer follow-ups, and achieving business targets.
