Job summary

COLAB PK is seeking an experienced GHL Migration Specialist to remotely migrate assets to GoHighLevel for multiple clients. You will handle websites, funnels, workflows, automations, contacts, calendars, and related assets, ensuring proper configuration and post-migration functionality.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years with GHL, strong CRM migration skills, and a track record in marketing agencies. Applicants should be detail-oriented, capable of QA, and comfortable working remotely with diverse

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on with GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Proven GHL migrations and account setups
• Strong understanding of GHL workflows, automations, funnels, websites, forms, pipelines, calendars, and integrations
• Experience with DNS, domain configuration, tracking, email/SMS setup, and third-party integrations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and QA during migration
• Ability to manage multiple migrations and meet deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Marketing agency experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Migrate websites, funnels, workflows, automations, contacts and calendars to GHL
• Configure and test migrated assets to ensure full functionality
• Document migration steps and QA results for clients
• Troubleshoot CRM, payment and automation issues post-migration
• Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and timelines
• Manage multiple migrations across client accounts

About The Role

COLAB is looking for an experienced GHL Migration Specialist to manage and execute client migrations to GoHighLevel (GHL) remotely. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience migrating websites, funnels, workflows, automations, contacts, calendars, and other assets into GHL while ensuring everything is properly configured, tested, and functional after migration.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Strong understanding of CRM migration and system configuration
• Expertise in workflow automation and complex customer journeys
• Experience managing sales pipelines, contact databases, and segmentation
• Knowledge of subscription management and recurring billing systems
• Hands‑on experience with Stripe and payment gateway integrations
• Proficiency in Zapier, Make, APIs, and webhooks
• Ability to troubleshoot CRM, payment, and automation issues
• Strong skills in workflow testing, documentation, and data managementExperience with CRM implementation, system launches, and optimization

Requirements

• Experience with GHL snapshots and account cloning
