Job summary

ImagineArt in Islamabad is seeking an Islamabad-based SDR to open doors with agencies, brands, studios, and innovation teams across the US, UK and Gulf markets. This role focuses on research and writing outreach to earn replies, not high-volume dialing.

You will build target lists from scratch, craft tailored outreach, and collaborate with leadership to shape ImagineArt’s enterprise entry strategy. Onsite work with the GTM team is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in SDR/BDR or early-stage sales role.
• You can show us a target list you built yourself and explain how you picked accounts.
• You can show us cold outreach you personally wrote, not a template.
• You can research a company you have never heard of and find the one thing worth mentioning to them.
• Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar to find and verify contacts.
• Ability to work onsite in Islamabad.
• Comfortable working hours that overlap with US or UK buyers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research high-fit accounts across our target markets.
• Craft personalized LinkedIn and email outreach.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
• Book high-quality discovery meetings.
• Maintain CRM hygiene.
• Help refine messaging and ICP.
