Qualifications

• 2–3 years of IT department experience in a multinational or renowned local logistics company.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in a related field.
• Proficient knowledge of IT procedures and policies.
• Ability to influence individuals and teams to achieve goals.
• Strong management, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Country IT infrastructure (e.g., Telecoms, End User Support) and mitigate cyber threats.
• Implement and manage Country IT Security protocols and address cyber threats.
• Streamline Country IT Service Delivery to enhance productivity.
• Utilize cutting-edge Country IT Infrastructure Technologies to optimize performance.
• Ensure reliable Telecom systems enabling cross-team collaboration.
• Manage Country User Access Rights and data access controls.
• Support data safeguarding and GDPR compliance.
