Job summary

Haleon is seeking a project trainee to gain exposure to communications, issues and crisis management, government and public affairs, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement in alignment with the business strategy. You will help build and protect the company’s reputation while supporting brand communications.

The role involves assisting with PR/GR plans, launching projects in Pakistan, and coordinating with vendors and departments to prepare the Annual Report for Haleon Pakistan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or media sciences.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven and able to work without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Fully supporting company's PR and GR strategy and executing it in different phases.
• Support in launch of Project Elevate, project Hawaii in Pakistan, developing the Annual Report for Haleon Pakistan entity, coordination with vendor and different departments.
• Communicating and building relationships with current or prospective stakeholders.
• Support the execution of integrated communication campaigns for key international days.
