Job summary

Haleon is seeking a project trainee in Pakistan to gain exposure to communications, issues and crisis management, government and public affairs, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement. The role aligns with the business strategy to protect and build Haleon’s reputation and brand communications.

You will support the execution of Haleon’s PR and GR activities, assist in the launch of projects in Pakistan, and coordinate with vendors and departments while communicating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/media sciences.

Responsibilities

  • Fully supporting company’s PR and GR strategy and executing it in different phases.
  • Support in launch of Project Elevate, Project Hawaii in Pakistan, developing the Annual Report for Haleon Pakistan entity, coordination with vendor and different departments.
  • Communicating and building relationships with current or prospect stakeholders.
  • Support the execution of integrated communication campaign for key international days.

About the role

The project trainee will gain visibility into the inner workings and aspects of communications, issues and crisis management, government and public affairs, advocacy, long-term stakeholder engagement, protecting and building reputation of the company and corporate and brand communications (as appropriate and aligned to the business strategy).

Responsibilities
  • Fully supporting company’s PR and GR strategy and executing it in different phases.
  • Support in launch of Project Elevate, Project Hawaii in Pakistan, developing the Annual Report for Haleon Pakistan entity , coordination with vendor and different departments
  • Communicating and building relationships with current or prospect stakeholders.
  • Support the execution of integrated communication campaign for key international days.
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/media sciences
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-driven and able to work without supervision
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
