Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar environment.
• Cloud-native experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Microservices, API managers and integration servers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 system and application support.
• Monitor application and system performance and report incidents.
• Coordinate with vendor/backend teams for L3 resolution.
• Perform health checks, backups validation and live system updates.
• Analyze data trends and drive automation of existing processes.
