Qualifications

• MBA from Tier-1 B-school or equivalent.
• 4–15 years of work experience in top strategy, management, technology consulting firms or core banking product companies.
• Experience in core banking strategy, transformations, vendor assessment, or target operating model for a lean digital core.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients on complex banking problems and leverage domain knowledge to help achieve goals.
• Conduct analyses to determine optimal paths for transformation including process improvements and systems enhancements.
• Gather facts via research and interviews to map client processes and prepare final reports and presentations.
• Evaluate costs, benefits, and obstacles of potential solutions and help implement the approved plans.
• Lead business readiness assessments and drive project implementation following best practices.
