Job summary

You will conduct IT assessments, develop roadmaps, collaborate with CIOs/CTOs, stay updated on regulatory requirements, and help win new business through proposals and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in banking technology, IT advisory or related role.
• Deep knowledge of core banking, digital channels, payment systems, and risk management.
• Excellent advisory and consulting skills; able to explain complex tech to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with regulatory understanding.
• Experience working with CIOs and CTOs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to write reports and proposals.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in banking technology, including experience in IT advisory, consulting, or a similar role.

2. Deep understanding of banking technology, including core banking systems, digital channels, payment systems, and risk management systems.

3. Excellent advisory and consulting skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

4. Strong business acumen and understanding of the banking industry, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.

5. Experience working with senior IT executives, including CIOs and CTOs.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex technical data and develop creative solutions.

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write reports, proposals, and articles.
