Job summary

Systems Limited seeks a Core Banking Functional Lead/Manager with strong hands-on Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS) experience. You will lead functional analysis, drive FCUBS implementation activities, and coordinate with business users, product owners, and technology teams to deliver high-quality core banking solutions.

Ideal candidates have 6–10 years in core banking, solid FCUBS knowledge (V11.x–14.x), and a track record as a FLEXCUBE consultant/BA.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in Core Banking projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS) implementation and configuration.
• Extensive FCUBS experience across V11.x to 14.x.
• Mandatory experience as FLEXCUBE Functional Consultant / BA / Core Banking implementer.
• Solid understanding of Core Banking, SDLC, and banking operations.
• Knowledge of GL, Loans, Teller, Payments, Trade Finance and channels.
• Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills.
• Exposure to manual testing and Digital Core Transformation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional analysis and business requirements for Core Banking implementation.
• Manage FLEXCUBE implementation activities: scope, gap analysis, parameterization, testing, UAT, production rollout.
• Engage with users, product owners, tech teams, operations and vendors to gather requirements.
• Review BRDs, FSDs, SRS, and Test Plans; document requirements.
• Analyze gaps, assess change impacts, and propose solutions.
• Lead issue triaging and coordination with development and functional teams.
• Support FLEXCUBE upgrades and Digital Core Transformation initiatives.
• Ensure delivery within scope, timelines, SLAs and quality standards.

Role

We are looking for a Core Banking Functional Lead/Manager with strong hands-on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS) to lead functional aspects of core banking implementation, transformation, upgrade, and support initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional analysis and business requirements for Core Banking implementation and enhancement initiatives.
• Manage FLEXCUBE implementation activities, including scope study, gap analysis, product parameterization, testing, UAT issue triaging, business simulation, and production rollout.
• Engage with business users, product owners, technology teams, operations, and vendors to gather and document requirements.
• Review and prepare BRDs, Functional Specifications, SRS, and Test Plans.
• Analyze functional gaps and change impacts and recommend practical solutions.
• Lead issue triaging, root-cause analysis, and resolution coordination with development and functional teams.
• Support FLEXCUBE upgrades and Digital Core Transformation initiatives.
• Ensure timely delivery within defined scope, timelines, SLAs, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Engineer / Postgraduate with 6–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS) implementation and product configuration.
• Extensive experience with FCUBS V11.x–14.x.
• Mandatory experience as a FLEXCUBE Functional Consultant / Business Analyst / Core Banking implementation professional.
• Strong understanding of Core Banking, SDLC, and banking operations.
• Knowledge of areas such as General Ledger, Loans, Teller Operations, Payments, Trade Finance, and banking channels.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Exposure to manual testing and Digital Core Transformation projects will be an added advantage.
