Job summary

Contour Software Pvt Ltd in Islamabad is seeking a contracts professional to join the Vencora team to implement a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform across the portfolio, guiding legal and business users through adoption and ongoing administration.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will manage the CLM repository, coordinate templates and migrations, track deadlines, and drive improvements to contract workflows in alignment with company policies.

Qualifications

• A law or management degree and 2-3 years of legal/contract management experience.
• Experience with CLM implementation or administration in multinational software/tech.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own and organize the contract repository within the CLM platform.
• Lead implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the CLM platform across the Vencora portfolio.
• Provide training and guidance to legal and business users.
• Coordinate post-implementation changes and enhancements to the platform.
• Track deadlines, obligations, renewal dates, and milestones.
• Coordinate updates and version control for templates, clause libraries, and internal documentation.
• Assist with managing legacy contract migrations into the CLM platform.
• Ensure activities align with company policies and compliance requirements.
