Contour Software Pvt Ltd in Islamabad is seeking a contracts professional to join the Vencora team to implement a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform across the portfolio, guiding legal and business users through adoption and ongoing administration.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will manage the CLM repository, coordinate templates and migrations, track deadlines, and drive improvements to contract workflows in alignment with company policies.

Qualifications

• A law or management degree and 2-3 years of legal/contract management experience.
• Experience with CLM implementation or administration in multinational software/tech.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

The Division

The Position

Vencora is growing — and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized contracts professional to join our Vencora team. This role is focused on implementing a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform across the Vencora portfolio, helping legal and business teams get the most out of the platform, and own the changes and enhancements that keep it running smoothly post-implementation. This role will report to the General Counsel and work closely with stakeholders across our business units to support the rollout, adoption, and ongoing administration of the CLM platform across the portfolio.

What You'll Do

• Own and organize the contract repository within the CLM platform, ensuring all agreements, amendments, and related documents are accurately stored and easily accessible.
• Lead the day-to-day implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform across the Vencora portfolio.
• Be the go-to resource for legal and business users — delivering training and guidance that drive adoption and efficient use of the platform.
• Manage post-implementation changes and enhancements to the platform, including workflow adjustments and configuration updates, coordinating with relevant stakeholders for support as needed.
• Track contract deadlines, obligations, renewal dates, and key milestones; prepare reminders and reports for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate updates and version control for agreement templates, clause libraries, and internal documentation within the CLM platform.
• Facilitate the collection of required approvals, signatures, and supporting documents.
• Assist with managing legacy contract migrations into the CLM platform.
• Help identify process gaps and assist in implementing improvements to contract workflows through the CLM platform.
• Ensure all activities align with company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

What You Bring

• A law or management degree and 2-3 years of legal/contract management experience — ideally including CLM implementation or administration — working for multi-national software or technology companies.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, track deadlines, and follow structured processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Hands-on experience implementing or administering CLM systems or document management platforms is strongly preferred.
