Contour Software Pvt Ltd is seeking a Finance Operations Specialist to own G&A finance workflows, including SOW/MSA contracts, time tracking, and invoice processing. You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accuracy and timely financial actions.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, strong stakeholder management, and meticulous record-keeping to support smooth operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in finance operations or related roles.
• Experience with SOWs, timesheets, invoicing workflows.
• Strong ownership, independent problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lifecycle of Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and vendor contracts, tracking caps, burn rates and expiration.
• Track billable hours and time submissions, resolve discrepancies with teams.
• Oversee end-to-end invoice processing, code expenses, and ensure timely payment.
• Foster cross-functional accountability and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
