HLC Consultants invites ambitious graduates to a 1-year mentorship program designed to give real consulting experience from day one. You’ll work with senior consultants and the founder on client projects in finance, technology, and digital transformation.

From ERP implementations to proposals and problem-solving, you’ll learn by doing rather than observing. The role involves cross-functional exposure across multiple areas and hands-on client work in Lahore.

Qualifications

• Must be a curious, driven, and responsible individual.
• Full-time availability (Mon–Fri, 10 AM – 6 PM)
• Willing to travel for client work when needed.
• Stipend: Up to PKR 30,000/month; Duration: 12 Months

From client meetings to ERP implementations, proposals to problem-solving—you’ll learn by doing, not observing.

Unlike traditional programs, you won’t be stuck in one department.

You’ll explore how real businesses operate across multiple areas:
