Job summary

Auxo Talent is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant – Strategy & Transformation to lead high-impact engagements for financial institutions across Pakistan and the wider region. You will partner with CEOs and C-suite executives to shape growth, digital transformation, and operating models.

This role requires a proven track record in management or strategy consulting within financial services, strong leadership, business development skills, and the ability to travel as needed to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategic consulting engagements with C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong background in financial services, banking, fintech or lending.
• Excellent English communication; Urdu is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work in Pakistan.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategy & Transformation consulting projects covering growth, digital transformation, operating models, and performance improvement.
• Develop strategic recommendations and practical implementation roadmaps for financial services clients.
• Build and manage relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and support commercial growth.
• Lead, coach, and mentor consulting teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Provide strategic insights into Pakistan's banking, fintech, lending, digital finance, and wider financial services landscape.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Strong background in Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Transformation.
• Previous consulting experience is essential, ideally with a recognized consulting or advisory firm.
• Solid experience within Financial Services, particularly banking, fintech, lending, digital banking, or financial services transformation.
• Excellent understanding of Pakistan's financial services market, regulatory environment, and industry trends.
• Proven experience leading strategic consulting engagements and managing C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and business development skills.
• Excellent English communication skills; Urdu is an advantage.
• MBA or relevant master's degree would be an advantage.
• Eligible to work in Pakistan and willing to travel when required.
