Job summary

HR Navigator is seeking a Communications Designer for a clothing brand to be based at Gulberg blue mall. The role focuses on creating social media posts, ad creatives, banners, campaigns, and promotional materials with strong fashion-oriented visuals.

Communication Designer – Clothing Brand

Office location: Gulberg blue mall

Office timings: 10 AM to 6 PM Monday to Saturday

Experience: 1–3 years in graphic design, brand communication, fashion, e-commerce, or social media.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Media, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.
Salary: PKR month, depending on experience and skill set.
Employment: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative social media posts, ad creatives, banners, campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Design visual content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, website, and digital advertisements.
• Develop creative concepts that align with the brand's identity, positioning, and communication style.
• Create designs for product launches, seasonal campaigns, sales, collections, and promotional activities.
• Work closely with the Content Creator, PR, Marketing, and Photography teams to develop campaign materials.
• Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, typography, layouts, imagery, and visual language.
• Develop creative campaign themes, headlines, taglines, and visual communication concepts.
• Adapt and resize creatives for different social media and advertising formats.
• Assist in developing lookbooks, catalogues, brochures, packaging, and other brand collateral.
• Stay updated with fashion, graphic design, advertising, and social media trends.
• Ensure all creative material is delivered accurately and within deadlines.

Key Requirements

• Strong understanding of graphic design, branding, and visual communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar tools.
• Strong creative and aesthetic sense, particularly for fashion/lifestyle brands.
• Understanding of social media and paid advertising creatives.
• Good knowledge of typography, composition, color, and layout.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to develop concepts independently and work within brand guidelines.
• Portfolio of previous design work is required.
• Previous experience with a clothing/fashion brand is preferred.
