Job summary

Navigator HR Consulting Solutions is seeking a Content Creator for a Clothing Brand to produce compelling content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more. You will develop concepts for shoots, reels, and campaigns, and plan paid advertising content.

The role requires 1-3 years in fashion, e-commerce, or social media, with a Bachelor’s or diploma in Marketing/Media/Fashion. Office in Gulberg, Lahore; full-time, on-site, with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Strong creative and visual sense with an understanding of fashion content.
• Experience in short-form video creation and editing.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro/Photoshop.
• Good understanding of social media marketing and paid ad creatives.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Portfolio of previous work is required.
• Previous experience with a clothing/fashion brand is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Develop creative concepts for product shoots, Reels, Stories, posts, campaigns, and promotional content.
• Plan and execute creative content specifically for paid advertisements and social media campaigns.
• Create engaging short-form videos, product videos, styling videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Write creative captions, hooks, headlines, and ad copy using relevant and trending social media language.
• Stay updated with social media lingo, trending phrases, viral terminology, Gen-Z language, and current digital communication trends.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, models, designers, and the marketing team during content production.
• Develop content highlighting product features, fabric, fit, styling, offers, new launches, and brand identity.
• Repurpose existing photos and videos into different formats for various platforms.
• Assist in planning and managing the weekly/monthly content calendar.
• Review content performance and suggest new creative ideas based on engagement and advertising results.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand's visual identity, tone, and communication style.
