Job summary

Weblytic, a Pakistan-based digital solutions company, is seeking a results-driven sales professional to convert qualified leads into customers. You will present websites, POS software, hosting, and AI chatbots, handle objections, and close deals via calls or meetings, while maintaining accurate CRM records.

You will research prospects, competitors, and market opportunities to support growth and meet conversion targets, with commission-based incentives and training provided.

Qualifications

• Strong prospecting, lead qualification, and client relationship-building skills.
• Confident verbal and written communication in Urdu and English.
• Presentation, negotiation, objection-handling, and deal-closing ability.
• Ability to identify customer needs and explain digital services in a clear, benefit-focused manner.
• Experience preparing proposals, quotations, or client-facing presentations.
• Organized pipeline management, follow-up, and accurate record-keeping; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Commercial awareness and ability to research prospects, competitors, and market opportunities.
• Self-motivation, persistence, target orientation, time management, and professional client service.
• Teamwork and coordination skills; basic understanding of websites, software, or digital services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and understand their business needs.
• Present relevant Weblytic services clearly, including websites, POS software, hosting, and AI chatbots.
• Address customer questions and objections, negotiate, and close deals through calls, messaging, or meetings.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and client-facing presentations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and deal progress.
• Coordinate with the technical team after a sale and work toward conversion targets.
• Research prospects, competitors, and market opportunities to support business development.
