Job summary

Navigatorhr in Lahore (Onsite) is seeking a motivated candidate for a full-time role handling outbound telemarketing to Pakistani clients. You will introduce services, qualify leads, and schedule meetings while maintaining accurate call records. Fluency in Urdu and good English are required to communicate effectively with prospects and teammates.

The role operates on an evening shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM) with a competitive salary range and fuel allowance. Five working days per week.

Shift Timings: Monday to Friday | 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Salary: PKR 50,000 – 80,000 (Based on Experience)

Fuel Allowance: Provided Separately

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients across Pakistan.
• Introduce the company's products/services and generate qualified leads.
• Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

• SEO Experience (Campaigns in US)
• Minimum 3 to 6 months of experience in cold calling, telesales, customer support, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in Urdu and good spoken English.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to work in an evening shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
