Job summary

Ericsson GmbH in Islamabad is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect to analyze, prepare, implement and verify configuration and integration of Ericsson Cloud Solution. You will scope, design and deploy cloud offerings, and work with customers on requirements, risk analysis, and knowledge transfer.

The role requires extensive OpenStack and Kubernetes expertise, strong networking/storage knowledge, and willingness to travel. Strong presentation and customer-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Telecommunications, or Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years in Private Cloud Deployment with OpenStack/Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of networking and storage concepts.
• Experience with Linux and automation/pipelining workflows.
• Certifications in AWS, Google or Azure are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Scope, define and design cloud solution offerings and assist in integration.
• Analyze customer requirements and participate in risk analysis.
• Develop presentations and proposals for customers.
• Lead deployment and configuration of Ericsson Cloud Solutions.
• Provide feedback to R&D and support post-project activities.
• Travel as required by business needs and pre-sales support.
