Job summary

PMCL-JAZZ in Lahore is seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect to lead customer engagements, run discovery sessions, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across multiple industries.

You will design end-to-end cloud, hybrid, and on‑premises architectures using OCI, AWS, Azure, VMware VCF, and RedHat OpenShift, and develop BOQs, sizing, and TCO/ROI analyses to enable informed decisions. Strong presales execution and enablement, with focus on revenue growth and customer success.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure across OCI, AWS, Azure and virtualization.
• Experience designing end-to-end enterprise architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Proven track record in presales engagements and revenue contribution.
• Ability to conduct discovery sessions and business case development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Position: Cloud Solutions Architect

Customer Engagement & Consulting

• Act as a trusted advisor to CxOs and senior stakeholders across BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Public Sector, and other Enterprise verticals.
• Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and demos to capture requirements and align solutions with business outcomes.

Solution Architecture & Design

• Architect end-to-end Cloud, Hybrid, and On-Premises solutions leveraging Oracle, VMware, AWS, Azure, OpenStack and RedHat technologies.
• Design scalable, secure, and compliant architectures for compute, storage, networking, and security workloads.
• Develop BOQs, sizing, and TCO/ROI analyses to support customer decision-making.

Presales Execution

• Lead technical evaluations, competitive analysis, and objection handling during RFP/RFQ processes.
• Build and maintain qualified sales pipelines; contribute directly to revenue growth through solution wins.
• Collaborate with sales teams to position differentiated solutions and close opportunities.

Thought Leadership & Enablement

• Deliver business cases, benefit realization plans, and adoption strategies for Cloud transformation.
• Evangelize Cloud adoption and innovative OPEX models (Managed Private Cloud, Hardware-as-a-Service, Outcome-based pricing).
• Enable partner ecosystem and customer teams through training, readiness workshops, and post-sale success support.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in Cloud Infrastructure (OCI, AWS, Azure, VMware VCF, RedHat OpenShift).
• Hands‑on experience with Data Security, Virtualization, Backup & DR solutions.
• Proven ability to design and present enterprise architectures across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to perform TCO/ROI analysis and articulate business value.
• Track record of large deal wins and revenue contribution in presales roles.
