Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect to analyze, prepare, implement and verify configuration and integration of Ericsson Cloud Solution. The role covers introduction, upgrade expansion, functionality and capacity scenarios.

Responsibilities include designing solution offerings, analyzing customer requirements, deploying configurations, and supporting post-project activities. Strong OpenStack, Kubernetes, networking, Linux knowledge and cloud certifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Telecommunications, or Information Technology (or a related field).
• At least 7 years of experience in Private Cloud Deployment.
• Strong OpenStack and Kubernetes knowledge is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of Networking concepts.
• Solid understanding of different storage concepts.
• Familiar with various 3PP hardware (Dell/HP/Lenovo, etc.).
• Experience with Linux knowledge and practice.
• Problem Solving Ability.
• Ability to continuously learn and adapt.

• Analyze customer technology, define business requirements, and perform risk analysis.
• Collaborate with the core team on activities and solutions.
• Develop technical presentations and proposals; deliver customer presentations.
• Participate in deployment, post-deployment support, and knowledge transfer.
• Provide feedback to R&D and stay updated on new technologies.
• Plan implementation of product configuration and integration work.
• Implement product configuration, integration, and migration tasks.
• Prepare and execute system testing and acceptance testing.
• Identify improvements and support post-project activities.
• Engage with customers for technical discussions and workshops.
• Occasionally support pre-sales activities and pre-studies.

We are now looking for a Cloud Solution Architect to analyze, prepare, implement and verify the configuration and integration of Ericsson Cloud Solution. Your scope of work could include the scenarios of introduction, upgrade expansion, functionality and capacity.

Responsibilities

• Scope, define and design solution offerings; involved in the integration process if needed for Ericsson Cloud Solutions and optionally 3PP Cloud Solutions
• Analyze customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis
• Work with the core team on a list of potential activities and solutions
• Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations
• Personally involved and support the deployment of the solution
• Provide feedback to R&D
• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing
• Stay abreast of new technology/technical areas and share information about solutions to enable customer competence to build
• Plan the implementation of the product configuration/integration work
• Implement product configuration
• Implement integration and migration work
• Prepare and implement system testing and acceptance testing
• Work to identify and drive improvements
• Support post-project activities
• Meet with customers for technical discussions and workshops
• Occasionally support pre-sales activities, including pre-studies

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Telecommunications, or Information Technology (or a degree in a relevant field)
