Job summary

Boston Health AI is seeking a Manager Clinical Operations (Lahore) to lead end-to-end deployment of Hami across partner hospitals in Lahore, ensuring on-site execution, user adoption, regulatory compliance (including HIPAA where applicable), and performance monitoring.

This role requires a strong on-site presence, close collaboration with clinicians and hospital leadership, and direct accountability for deployment outcomes and partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare operations, hospital administration, or health-related business development.
• Experience in healthcare sector or MBBS degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment of Hami across Lahore sites and serve as the on-ground representative for Boston Health AI.
• Develop site-level rollout plans with timelines, stakeholder mapping, and go-live prep.
• Drive clinician and staff adoption, monitor KPIs, and report site performance.
• Coordinate training programs for Clinical AI Fellows and site professionals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (including HIPAA where applicable) and data security.
• Provide input to product and growth strategies from Lahore site insights.
