Job description

Become a Clinical AI Fellow (CAIF) and help reposition, reimagine, and reshape healthcare through cutting-edge artificial intelligence.

At Boston Health AI, we’re building the future of clinical care. Founded in 2024 and incubated at C-10 Labs in Cambridge, MA, we develop advanced clinical intelligence tools that tackle some of the world’s most pressing healthcare challenges. Our flagship product, Hami, is one of the first AI-powered physician’s assistant delivering end-to-end patient care, automating everything from intake to documentation and treatment guidance.

We’re looking for CAIFs to help deploy and integrate Hami across healthcare clinics and hospitals in Lahore.

What You’ll Do;

• Oversee the on-site deployment of Hami in clinics and ensure alignment with real-world clinical workflows
• Supervise AI-assisted patient intake and ensure accurate, efficient use of the app during consultations
• Review AI-generated patient summaries for accuracy and clinical integrity
• Collect structured feedback from physicians and patients to help improve Hami’s functionality
• Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly reports to the Clinical Team Leads
• Support testing of new product features and contribute to iterative product development

Must-Have:

• MBBS degree from a PMDC-approved medical college (2021/2022 grads preferred)
• Valid PMDC Registration Certificate
• At least 1 year of clinical experience (e.g. House Job or Medical Officer)
• Strong communication and empathetic listening skills
• High degree of professionalism, adaptability, and emotional intelligence
• Comfort with technology and AI tools in clinical settings
• Commitment to collaborative care, patient outcomes, and ethical conduct

Nice-to-Have:

• Clinical rotations or exposure to healthcare systems in the developed world
• Familiarity with AI applications in healthcare (e.g. diagnostics, CDSS, remote monitoring)
• Awareness of health data privacy regulations (e.g. HIPAA)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for healthcare innovation
• Experience or comfort in startup environments (agility, role fluidity, shared ownership)
