Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confident, proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Good research and internet browsing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is an advantage.
• Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com is a plus.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, websites, or automation services is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Assist with client onboarding and ensure a seamless transition into our services.
• Schedule and attend client meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items.
• Maintain regular communication with clients through email, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Monitor project timelines and coordinate with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Track client requests, feedback, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their goals and business needs.
• Keep CRM records and client documentation accurate and up to date.
• Support account managers with administrative and client-related tasks.
