Job summary

TriVA Global is seeking a proactive Lead Generation Executive to identify potential clients, initiate conversations, and convert qualified prospects into paying clients. You will manage outreach, close deals, and oversee onboarding from sales to project initiation.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams, understanding client requirements, and driving revenue in a fast-paced digital agency environment. This is an office-based position in Gojra, Pakistan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 2–4+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, sales, or client acquisition.
• Proven experience in B2B lead generation, client communication, and deal closing.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and conduct outreach to potential clients.
• Qualify leads based on needs, budget, and project scope; schedule discovery calls.
• Onboard newly acquired clients and coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth handover.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track conversion and onboarding progress.
• Provide regular updates and suggest improvements to outreach and qualification processes.
