Job summary

Infosys is seeking a candidate to define and execute a multi-year network strategy aligned with business growth, digital transformation, and cloud adoption. The role leads design and implementation of a secure, scalable enterprise network architecture and oversees modernization initiatives including SD-WAN and automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year network strategy aligned with business growth, digital transformation, and cloud adoption.
• Lead the design and implementation of a secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise network architecture.
• Drive network modernization initiatives including SD-WAN, zero-trust architecture, automation, and AI-driven operations.
• Ensure alignment of network strategy with overall technology, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Establish a security-first approach to network design, addressing vulnerabilities and implementing robust cybersecurity practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and industry standards, and support audit and risk management requirements.
• Oversee network resilience, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning to minimize operational risk.
• Lead and manage third-party network operations, ensuring service quality, SLAs, and performance metrics are met.
• Drive automation, proactive monitoring, and AIOps adoption to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams to enable seamless integration of on-premise and cloud networking environments.
• Manage network budgets, cost optimization, and vendor relationships including contract negotiations.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies such as AI-driven networking and next-generation connectivity solutions.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing across internal teams and partners.
• Ensure governance processes for demand, capacity, and asset management are effectively implemented and maintained.
