- Own the Networks (Active) domainend-to-end: strategy, architecture, presales, delivery, managed services, andtalent development.
- Define and maintain the domain’stechnology roadmap for Data Center active networking, enterprise LAN/WAN,network security, and SD-WAN aligned with market trends and business growthobjectives.
- Serve as the highest technicalauthority for the domain; review and formally sign off on HLDs, LLDs, BoQs, andmajor technical proposals before customer submission.
- Provide executive-leveltechnical guidance to customers, cross-functional project teams, and seniormanagement; represent the domain in strategic commercial discussions.

- Maintain project timelines,resource allocation, scope control, and budget adherence across concurrentprojects and programs; elevate deviations promptly with corrective actionplans.
- Coordinate with customers,OEMs/vendors, third-party civil/structured-cabling contractors, and internalcross-functional teams for seamless, integrated delivery.
- Prepare and present projectstatus reports, risk registers, issue logs, and delivery dashboards to seniormanagement and customer project boards.
- Ensure complete, accurate, andproperly archived project documentation: As-Built drawings, configurationbaselines, acceptance test reports, and full handover packages.
- Champion delivery quality byembedding commissioning checklists, quality gates, and peer-review processesinto the domain’s standard delivery methodology.
7. ManagedServices, SLA & AMC/CMC Governance
- Oversee the managed servicesportfolio for the Networks (Active) domain, ensuring contractual SLA complianceacross all active customer contracts including break-fix, proactive monitoring,and on-site support.
- Govern AMC (Annual MaintenanceContract) and CMC (Comprehensive Maintenance Contract) delivery: incidentresponse, escalation management, preventive maintenance scheduling, and renewalplanning.
- Establish and maintain NOC-levelescalation procedures, incident management workflows, and problem managementprocesses for the domain; ensure P1/P2 SLA breaches are handled with maximumurgency.
- Conduct regular SLA performancereviews with customers; prepare monthly/quarterly managed services reports;drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce incident recurrence.
- Manage spare parts inventory,OEM/vendor support entitlements, and proactive monitoring tool coverage acrossthe managed services portfolio.
- Ensure managed services pricing,scope, and renewal terms are commercially sound; coordinate with sales oncontract renewals, upsells, and scope expansions.
8. TeamLeadership & Capability Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a teamof Network Engineers, Senior Engineers, Site Supervisors, and Techniciansacross the Networks (Active) domain.
- Define team roles,responsibilities, performance objectives, and individual development plansaligned with business needs and the organization’s career progressionframework.
