Job summary

Infosys in Hyderabad seeks a senior cloud security architect to lead design, governance and delivery of a hybrid multi-cloud security program. You will drive secure CI/CD integration, partner with executives, architects and engineers, and align security with business goals.

The role requires communication of risk and ownership of cloud security tooling, architectures and assurance across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a risk-informed, mature hybrid multi-cloud security strategy with architecture, engineering and operations.
• Engage executives and technical teams to align cloud security with business objectives.
• Build and lead a security transformation to inject security into CI/CD pipelines across hybrid clouds.
• Manage a portfolio of security technology investments for the cloud program.
• Develop cloud security operations and pre-deployment CI/CD integration with post-deployment assurance.
• Govern GRC functions for cloud security across multiple lines of defense.
• Drive standards and reference architectures across cloud providers.
• Own cloud/hybrid security strategies, tooling, and solutions.
• Communicate program status to executives and sponsors.
• Interface with industry initiatives to advance cloud security for the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Successfully deliver and implement a comprehensive, risk-informed, business-enabling, and mature hybrid multi cloud security strategy, including architecture, engineering, and operational components.
2. Engage with a diverse community of executives, strong technical experts, innovative developers, architects, and engineers, while continuing to align the organization's cloud security strategy to support business objectives.
3. Develop and lead a cloud security and technology transformation strategy by building and driving a team of security architects and engineers focused on delivering security capabilities into the organization's CI/CD pipelines and hybrid, multi-cloud environment.
4. Manage a portfolio of security technology investments necessary to build the organization's cloud security program.
5. Develop the cloud security operational strategy, focusing on integrating security into the pre-deployment CI/CD pipeline and providing follow-the-sun assurance capabilities for the bank's cloud security posture post-deployment.
6. Serve as the accountable party for the organization's Governance, Risk, and Compliance functions for cloud security, providing assurance to the risk governance routines for multiple lines of defense.
7. Drive the organization's cloud direction towards standards and reference architectures that support design patterns across various cloud service providers.
8. Own responsibility of cloud/hybrid security strategies, architectures, tooling, and solutions.
9. Effectively communicate to executive management, technology and finance sponsors the status of programs, projects, and issues as Job Description as they relate to cloud security.
10. Interface with cloud security industry initiatives on behalf of the organization, driving the state of the art to benefit the organization and the financial services sector at large.
