Detailed Job Description:

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) supporting educational operations at The Modson School System in Lahore, you will take full executive ownership of the institution’s technology vision, architecture roadmap, and digital infrastructure operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities include directing enterprise IT strategy, overseeing digital transformation projects across administrative and academic platforms, establishing rigorous IT governance standards, and fortifying institutional cybersecurity postures. Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 to 15 years of progressive professional experience in Information Technology.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years in a C-suite or equivalent executive leadership role (CTO, CIO, VP of Engineering).
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, IT governance, and cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale digital initiatives and managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Exceptional strategic planning, executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.
