Job summary

Dream 3 is seeking a Head of School Partnerships in Lahore, Pakistan, to lead and manage relationships with top schools and educational institutions. The role involves representing Dream 3 to partners, identifying collaboration opportunities, and driving long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in education, excellent English communication, and a proven track record in institutional partnerships and senior stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience, preferably within the education sector.
• Experience with prominent schools or well-established educational institutions is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in establishing, developing, or managing institutional partnerships.
• Excellent spoken English, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-management abilities.
• Comfortable operating in a highly client-facing role and representing an organisation externally.
• Experience in college counselling, student mentoring, academic advising, or university admissions is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary face and representative of Dream 3 to its school partners and institutional stakeholders.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with prominent schools and educational institutions.
• Identify and establish new school partnerships aligned with Dream 3’s objectives.
• Manage relationships with senior school leadership, including principals, heads of school, counsellors, and other key decision-makers.
• Develop a deep understanding of partner schools' needs and identify opportunities for meaningful collaboration.
• Lead partnership discussions, presentations, meetings, and negotiations with prospective and existing partners.
• Represent Dream 3 at school events, meetings, workshops, and other relevant forums.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of services and commitments to school partners.
• Maintain strong engagement with existing partners and identify opportunities to deepen and expand relationships.
